Questions
What does it cost?
Signing up is free. The voucher needs no payment details and doesn’t renew: when it ends, you stay on the free version unless you choose a paid plan.
Do I need an account in the app?
No. The app still has no login. Your email is only for this list, and we don’t link it to the app.
Are the launch prices only for people on this list?
No, everyone gets them. The list makes sure you hear in time. The voucher is what’s extra.
Will you spam me?
No. We only write about the launch, your voucher and the launch prices, and we don’t share your address for marketing.
How do I get off the list?
Write to info@trainoro.com and we’ll delete your details. Otherwise they’re deleted automatically after 12 months.
