Deleting your account

Trainoro has no login. When you first open the app, it creates an app account for that installation automatically — no name, e-mail address or password. You can delete this app account yourself, from inside the app, at any time. You do not have to write to us, and there is no waiting period.

Delete your account in the app

Open Trainoro.
Go to Profile.
Tap Delete account.
Confirm with Delete permanently.

The deletion runs immediately. It cannot be undone, and we cannot restore an account afterwards. The app then starts again with a new, empty app account.

What is deleted

Your app account: its technical account ID and internal identifier and your access status.
The records linking your purchases (lifetime unlock, subscription) to the account, and the records of vouchers you redeemed.
Your account ID, notes and the copied AI reply in any report about an AI reply that you filed.
Everything on this device: your profile (name, training profile and profile picture), recorded videos, analyses and captured frames, drill and fitness sessions, racket configurations, Game Zone scores, scorecard matches, your My Matches log with its opponents and notes, AI chat history, your settings and your AI provider API keys (OpenAI, Anthropic).

What stays, and why

The anonymous usage statistics described in section 17 of the Privacy Policy are not affected, and cannot be: they are plain totals with no identifier attached, so there is nothing in them that belongs to you or could be found and removed.

Text that the optional AI features sent to the AI provider you chose — OpenAI or Anthropic — is subject to that provider’s own retention policy and cannot be deleted from within Trainoro. To exercise your rights there, contact the provider directly using the account whose API key you used.

If you have a subscription

Deleting your account cancels the automatic renewal of a running monthly or yearly subscription. Access ends with the period already paid for, and nothing is refunded. Please check Google Play (Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions) as well, in case the cancellation could not be completed.

If you bought the lifetime unlock

Deleting your account does not refund the lifetime unlock. It was paid for once, so there is nothing to cancel and nothing further is charged. The purchase stays with your Google account at Google Play, and you can restore it on any new installation with the same Google account.

If you already uninstalled the app

Removing the app deletes the data on your phone, but not the app account on the server. Because that account is not linked to your name or e-mail address, nobody — including us — can tell afterwards which account was yours. It is therefore deleted automatically once it has not been used for 24 months.

If you want the server-side data gone straight away, delete the account in the app first and uninstall afterwards. For any other data-protection request, write to info@trainoro.com; we answer within one month, as required by Art. 12(3) GDPR.
